Associate - Technology Transactions (2-4 years experience)
Location: Silicon Valley
The Silicon Valley office is seeking highly qualified associates with 2 to 4 years of technology transactions experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working on intellectual property transactions such as technology licensing agreements, development agreements, outsourcing agreements, and IP-related work on acquisition or financing transactions. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the business issues facing software, telecommunications, semiconductor and/or internet companies.
