Candidates new to the recruiting process are often unsure as to how best approach their search. A common concern into is that you may be precluded from some firms if you engage representation from a search consultant. In our continuing commitment to you that simply can’t happen should SLI be your representative. Firstly, we have agreements with most of the firms that you would have interest in. Secondly, if we determined that a particular firm of interest was not prepared to do business with us we would give you the appropriate information to approach that firm on your own. Because a primary protocol of ours is to protect your anonymity the firm in question would not know you and as such you would have no problem approaching them.
