SLI understands that each candidate has specific requirements and concerns that are unique to the individual and therefore tailors your search to your specifications. We do not force a “square peg into a round hole” nor do we sell you on any particular firm simply to generate a commission.
As seasoned career counselors SLI has advised potential candidates on a myriad of topics including the efficacy of making a move. Sometimes the best move for an associate is no move at all and we are not afraid to state that.

We also are expert in facilitating re-locations to cities throughout the US. Our candidates are never financially responsible to us for our services and we often enjoy exclusive agreements with our clients.
Due to the relationships we have built over the years many of our alumni (past candidates that we assisted) stay in touch with us. Some act as advisors for new candidates while others keep us uniquely informed as to the “buzz on the street”. Information is power and the information we gather translates to greater opportunities for you.
